Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 April 2026

1. Service Description

Nextraxion is an AI-powered document extraction platform that processes documents and extracts structured data from them. The Service allows users to upload documents, define extraction templates, and retrieve extracted data via the platform interface, API, or webhooks.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nextraxion to:

  • Upload documents containing illegal content or materials that infringe on third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorised access to the Service
  • Use the Service in a manner that damages, disables, or impairs the platform
  • Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or unlawful conduct

3. Payment and Refunds

Billing: All paid plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method each billing cycle.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds on subscription fees or on credits that have been consumed. Trial accounts are non-renewable — once your trial period ends, a paid plan must be selected to continue using the Service.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Data Handling and Deletion

Document Retention: All uploaded documents are automatically deleted 30 days after upload. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups if needed.

Extracted Data: Extracted data is retained in your account until manually deleted or the account is closed. Deletion of a document does not automatically delete associated extracted data.

AI Training: We do not use your documents, extracted data, or any content within your account to train our AI models or for any other purpose beyond providing the Service to you.

Data Security: All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nextraxion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
