Nextraxion was built from direct experience working with legal and operations teams on document workflows and CRM systems. The problem we kept running into was the same: customers needed to migrate legacy contracts — hundreds of documents sitting outside their CRM with no structured data attached to them.
Getting that data out manually was taking teams weeks. We built Nextraxion to solve it. Our first customers processed several hundred contracts in a couple of hours — work that would have taken their teams weeks to do by hand. No retraining, no IT project, no specialist legal knowledge required.
Today, Nextraxion handles contracts, invoices, purchase orders, employment agreements, lease documents and more — for teams across legal operations, procurement, finance and compliance.

Nextraxion was built around her industry knowledge and understanding of what those customers actually needed.

Built the platform. Working alongside Hayley over 3 years, Dom translated the industry requirements into a purpose-built extraction tool — developing Nextraxion under AxolLab to ensure every feature was shaped by real customer problems, not assumptions.
