No. Nextraxion uses AI to understand your document automatically — no manual field mapping required. For documents you process regularly, you can optionally save a schema to make repeated extractions faster and more consistent.
Most documents are processed in under 30 seconds. You can track the status of each document in real time on your Processing page.
You'll receive a notification when your credits are running low. You can top up at any time from your account dashboard without upgrading your plan. Purchased top-up credits never expire.
Yes. Once a document has been successfully extracted, the original file is automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days. Your extracted data and results are retained so your dashboard and history remain intact. You can also delete documents manually at any time from your dashboard.
Extracted data is available as structured JSON directly in the app, and can be exported as CSV or Excel. If you're using the API, results are returned as clean JSON you can pipe into any system.

Yes. Nextraxion is built on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256. We do not use your documents to train AI models, and documents are automatically deleted after 30 days.
No long-term contract. All plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period — you won't be charged again after cancellation. Any purchased top-up credits remain available indefinitely.
Your new plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your data and extraction history are never deleted when you downgrade. Any unused purchased credits carry over.
Yes. Nextraxion is built on Google Cloud Platform servers, with TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. We act as the data controller — you retain ownership of your data at all times. Our infrastructure operates under a formal Data Processing Agreement that includes Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfers. Documents are automatically deleted after 30 days.
